Amends the Virginia Consumer Protection Act to prohibit suppliers from obtaining, disclosing, selling, or disseminating personally identifiable reproductive or sexual health information without consumer consent.

Exempts nonpublic personal information already regulated under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (financial institution privacy protections) from this new requirement.

Adds this protection as a new prohibited practice under § 59.1-200, making violations subject to existing enforcement mechanisms and penalties under Virginia's consumer protection laws.

Takes effect upon passage as part of the 2026 legislative session.
