Amends the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-200) to add a new prohibited practice related to automatic renewal and subscription shipping requirements.

Suppliers shipping goods under automatic renewal or continuous service subscriptions must include a shipping invoice with: the shipping charge amount, return instructions (if returns are accepted), and cancellation information.

Suppliers are exempt from the invoice requirement if they provide the required information through a timely electronic purchase confirmation or make it otherwise readily available to consumers.

Violation of this new shipping disclosure requirement constitutes an unlawful fraudulent act under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, subjecting suppliers to associated penalties and enforcement actions.
