Requires Standards of Learning assessments and local alternative assessments to be reported on a 100-point scale using statewide scoring guidance rather than statewide scoring rubrics

Establishes new integrity requirements for local alternative assessments, mandating that summative performance assessments be completed in supervised, secure settings with digital security measures such as lockdown browsers

Prohibits teachers from grading mandatory or permissive local alternative assessments completed by students they taught in any class or subject during that school year

Requires end-of-course Standards of Learning assessments for grades seven through 12 to be administered no earlier than two weeks before the end of the applicable course, grade level, or academic quarter/semester, with the student's score accounting for at least 10% of the final grade
