Prohibits plea agreements and court orders executed on or after July 1, 2026, from requiring defendants to waive Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches, rights to petition for expungement of police and court records, or rights to have criminal history records sealed

Declares any provision violating these prohibitions void and unenforceable as against public policy

Exempts Fourth Amendment waiver restrictions for specialty docket programs, sexual offenses against victims under 18, and offenses involving children under Articles 4 and 5 of Chapter 8 of Title 18.2

Limits permissible Fourth Amendment waivers under the exemptions to the length of supervised probation, or five years maximum if no supervised probation is imposed
