Extends Virginia's overtime pay requirements to domestic workers, who must be paid at least 1.5 times their regular rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek

Defines domestic services broadly to include childcare, eldercare, disability care, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, gardening, and organizing personal affairs performed in private homes

Excludes from the domestic worker definition those providing consumer-directed services under Medicaid/CHIP and au pairs in the State Department's Exchange Visitor Program

Allows domestic workers denied overtime pay to sue employers for unpaid wages, equal liquidated damages, and attorney fees, with a 2-year statute of limitations (3 years for willful violations)

Takes effect July 1, 2027
