Amends Virginia Code § 55.1-1235 to modify early lease termination rights for military personnel, including Armed Forces members and National Guard serving full-time or as civil service technicians

Removes the requirement that the lease termination date be no more than 60 days prior to the departure date necessary to comply with military orders

Maintains existing qualifying conditions for early termination: permanent change of station orders, temporary duty orders exceeding 3 months, discharge from active duty, orders to government quarters, or stop movement orders of 30+ days

Requires tenants to provide 30 days written notice after the next rent due date and furnish a copy of official orders or commanding officer's letter before termination

Prohibits landlords from charging liquidated damages for military-related early lease terminations
