Authorizes juvenile and domestic relations district courts to order mental health or disability evaluations for juveniles found to be delinquent before final disposition of their case

Requires evaluations to be conducted by an interdisciplinary team consisting of personnel from local departments of social services, community services boards, court service units, and other available public agencies

Permits courts to use the family assessment and planning team established under § 2.2-5207 as the interdisciplinary evaluation team

Mandates that evaluation reports be filed with the clerk of court and provided to all attorneys at least 72 hours before the hearing, with attorneys required to return reports and prohibited from making copies

Allows courts to consider existing interdisciplinary team reports completed within 90 days prior to the delinquency finding in lieu of ordering a new evaluation
