Directs the Secretary of Public Safety to convene a work group to develop policy and legislative recommendations for establishing the Virginia Gun Violence Prevention Center

Creates a 20-member work group including two House delegates, one Senator, representatives from multiple state agencies (Health, Education, Labor, Attorney General), and members from gun violence prevention advocacy organizations

Includes representatives from University of Virginia, Virginia State University, a Commonwealth's attorney, and a defense attorney licensed in Virginia

Allows the work group to meet in-person or virtually, form small group breakouts, and collaborate with external experts

Requires the work group to submit findings and specific legislative and policy recommendations to legislative leadership by December 15, 2026
