Expands Virginia Board of Health cleanup guidelines to cover residential properties and buildings contaminated by manufacturing of "other illicit drugs" in addition to methamphetamine

Removes the specific requirement that methamphetamine levels be "at or below the post cleanup target" and replaces it with certification that "remediation was successfully performed"

Requires the Board of Health to update these cleanup guidelines regularly, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Quality

Amends § 32.1-11.7 of the Code of Virginia to broaden existing methamphetamine site cleanup regulations
