Imposes a $300 fine on motor vehicle operators who intentionally impede or attempt to impede a motorcycle lawfully engaged in lane filtering

Requires the Commissioner to implement a statewide education campaign informing drivers and the public about legal motorcycle lane filtering

Takes effect July 1, 2027, with provisions explicitly prohibiting passing stopped school buses even when lane filtering
