Authorizes snow plows used for clearing snow on public highways to use either amber warning lights or alternating amber and green warning lights

Authorizes vehicles equipped with truck-mounted attenuators used in highway construction, maintenance, and repair to use either amber warning lights or alternating amber and green warning lights

Requires warning lights to be lit only when performing the specific functions that qualify the vehicles to have such lights

Mandates that vehicles equipped with multiple warning lights under the new provisions must use them synchronously with each other

Amends Virginia Code § 46.2-1025 governing flashing amber, purple, or green warning lights on vehicles
