Removes the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from the required membership of the College and Career Ready Virginia Program advisory committee

Removes the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from the required membership of the career and technical education work group established under the Program

Retains all other advisory committee and work group members, including representatives from local school divisions, community colleges, baccalaureate institutions, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and parents from each of the eight Superintendent's regions

Amends Virginia Code sections 22.1-237.4 and 22.1-237.5 governing the administration of the College and Career Ready Virginia Program
