Requires liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fitters to offer in writing within 14 days of a customer's service cancellation request to remove remaining gas from the customer's storage tank and reimburse the customer at the prevailing rate.

If the customer accepts the offer, the LPG fitter must complete the gas removal and reimbursement within 30 days.

Applies to storage tanks exceeding 100 gallons capacity, whether underground or aboveground.

Adds violations of these requirements to the Virginia Consumer Protection Act's list of prohibited practices, making them subject to existing VCPA enforcement mechanisms and civil penalties.
