Directs the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) to conduct a comprehensive review of Virginia's real estate salesperson licensure process, including all statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements

Requires DPOR to compile data on license processing times, including average processing times, variations by application type, rates and causes of delays or denials, and trends affecting efficiency

Mandates establishment of a stakeholder advisory group to assist in identifying bottlenecks and developing recommendations to improve efficiency, predictability, and transparency in the licensure process

Requires DPOR to develop recommendations for statutory, regulatory, or administrative changes and implement administrative improvements that can be readily executed

Report of findings, recommendations, and actions taken must be submitted to the House Committee on General Laws and Senate Committee on General Laws and Technology by January 1, 2027
