Creates an exception to Virginia's class size limits for ensemble music classes in grade six, allowing up to 45 students per class instead of the standard 35-student maximum for grades four through six.

Defines "ensemble music class" as instrumental band classes, instrumental string orchestra classes, guitar classes, or vocal ensemble/chorus classes.

Amends § 22.1-253.13:2 of the Code of Virginia relating to the Standards of Quality for instructional personnel staffing requirements.

Applies to both the currently effective version of the statute and the version taking effect July 1, 2026.
