Requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to create a centralized, machine-readable, screen reader compatible housing development database accessible to the public, localities, and state agencies

Localities must report data on new housing developments including total plans submitted and approved, number of income-restricted vs. market rate units, and units restricted to households at 80%, 50%, and 30% of area median income

Database must include square footage per unit, terms and end dates of income-based use restrictions, and average approval timelines broken down by phase for both single-family and multifamily developments

Existing housing developments must also be tracked, including total submitted/approved plans, income-restricted units, restriction terms, and historical approval timelines

Database must be regularly maintained with annual updates for each locality
