Extends the sunset date of the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2029

The Commission is a 20-member advisory body with 15 nonlegislative citizen members and 5 ex officio members from state health and social services agencies

Commission responsibilities include examining needs of Alzheimer's patients and caregivers, advising the Governor and General Assembly on policy and funding issues, and developing the Commonwealth's plan for addressing the disease

The Commission is required to meet at least four times annually and submit an electronic report on activities and recommendations by October 1 each year
