Reduces the minimum core acreage requirement for agricultural and forestal districts from 200 acres to 100 acres in one parcel or contiguous parcels

Maintains existing rules allowing non-core parcels to be included if within one mile of the core boundary or if found to contain agriculturally and forestally significant land

Preserves the requirement that districts may span multiple localities with separate applications and approval from each local governing body

Amends § 15.2-4305 of the Code of Virginia under the Agricultural and Forestal Districts Act
