Increases the maximum workers' compensation burial expense reimbursement from $10,000 to $15,000

Establishes annual automatic adjustments to burial and transportation expense limits beginning January 1, 2028, based on the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (CPI-U)

Annual adjustments cannot result in a decrease below the current limits (adjustment shall not be less than zero)

Transportation expense reimbursement for the deceased remains capped at $1,000 but will also be subject to the annual CPI-U adjustment
