VA SB777

Requires investor-owned electric utilities and licensed suppliers with Virginia facilities to submit annual reports to the State Corporation Commission by February 1 detailing all votes cast at PJM Interconnection meetings during the prior calendar year

Applies to votes cast at any PJM meeting, committee, user group, or task force where votes are recorded, including both final and non-final votes

Reports must include votes by the utility/supplier and any affiliate votes on matters where the utility/supplier did not vote directly

Each reported vote must include a 20-100 word explanation of how the vote serves the public interest

Exempts municipal electric utilities and entities organized under Virginia's electric cooperative statutes from these reporting requirements
