Amends Virginia Code § 15.2-2403 to add control of invasive plant species to the list of services that local service districts may provide

Authorizes service districts to control the spread of plants listed on the Department of Conservation and Recreation's official invasive plant species list established under § 10.1-104.6:2

Allows governing bodies to levy annual taxes on district property and use those funds to finance invasive species control efforts alongside other authorized district services

Makes minor technical corrections throughout the section, including standardizing comma usage and removing outdated phrasing like "but not limited to"
