Notes the 250th anniversary of the Siege of Yorktown in 2031 as an opportunity to honor U.S. military and maritime heritage

Expresses support for commissioning a new USS Yorktown to continue the naval tradition and symbolize America's commitment to defending liberty at sea

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to prepare a copy of the resolution for formal presentation
