Commends Veronica Denise Davis upon her retirement in August 2025 after 35 years of service with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS)

Davis held numerous positions throughout her career including recreational therapist, social worker, licensing specialist, regional manager for the Office of Licensing, and associate director of state operations within the Office of Licensing

Recognizes her contributions to enforcing regulations protecting individual rights and guiding community-based mental health, developmental, and substance use services across Virginia

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to Davis
