Commends the Tri-County Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation, based in Smithfield, for recognition as the top chapter in Virginia during the 2025 program year

The chapter received three national honors at the Nashville convention: No. 1 Banquet in the Nation for 2025, Excellence in Fundraising Award, and the L.A. Dixon World Slam Chapter Award for raising more than $100,000 for conservation

The organization supports wildlife habitat conservation, hunting heritage preservation, youth outdoor education, and community-based initiatives throughout Virginia

The Senate directs the Clerk to prepare a copy of the resolution for presentation to the chapter as recognition of its contributions to conservation and community service
