Requests the Chief Superior Judge, Director of the Office of Professional Regulation, and Executive Director of the Vermont Psychological Association to collaborate on examining the shortage of family forensic evaluators in Vermont's Family Division of Superior Court

Directs the group to assess the extent of need and geographic distribution of family forensic evaluators for complex parental rights and responsibilities cases

Requires examination of barriers to increasing evaluator availability, including whether protections regarding ethical complaints are warranted

Mandates recommendations for strategies to increase the number of family forensic evaluators be submitted to the General Assembly by November 1, 2025

Takes effect upon passage
