Department of Health must submit an annual report to the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare and House Committees on Health Care and Human Services by January 15 each year regarding adverse reactions reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS)

Report must include total number of adverse reactions, breakdowns by immunization type, lot number, and recipient age, as well as emergency department visits and associated costs

Report must document hospitalizations, permanent disabilities, and deaths related to reported adverse reactions

Department must summarize activities supporting Vermonters filing for compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986

Department must post the report on its website and distribute electronic copies to health care providers administering immunizations in Vermont; effective date is July 1, 2025
