Expands the definition of "accessory on-farm business" to explicitly include weddings and concerts as eligible events that farms can host alongside existing activities like tours, farm stays, tastings, meals, and classes.

Exempts construction of improvements for hosting events or farm stays at accessory on-farm businesses from Act 250 permit requirements, provided the farm is located in a municipality that has adopted performance standards and site plan review.

Maintains existing exemptions for Act 250 permits for accessory on-farm businesses involving storage, sale, preparation, or processing of qualifying products (with the 50% on-farm production threshold for prepared products).

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
