Defines "bait" as any animal, vegetable, fruit, or mineral matter placed to attract wildlife, but excludes materials placed as part of standard agricultural production under Required Agricultural Practices

Violations result in 10 points assessed against the offender under Vermont's fish and wildlife conviction point system
