Prioritizes funding for LGBTQ+ student support programs, antidiscrimination initiatives, inclusive curriculum development, and educator training on equity and inclusivity

Provides direct funding to school districts and protects funding for gender and sexuality alliances, equity coordinators, and mental health and antibullying programs for marginalized students

Requires the Agency of Education to report annually on the efficacy of state funding efforts to support inclusivity

Directs development of alternative revenue streams to supplement the Inclusive Schools Protection Fund
