Establishes the Vermonters Feeding Vermonters Grant Program within the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets to provide grants to Vermont Foodbank for purchasing local food directly from Vermont farms

Allows subgrants to Vermont Foodbank's network partners to buy agricultural commodities from local farms of all sizes, with emphasis on culturally preferred foods and local relationships

Requires Vermont Foodbank to submit annual reports by March 1 to legislative agriculture committees on food purchased, number of farms supported, distribution sites, and farm shares acquired

Program implementation is contingent upon receiving a General Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2026

Effective date is July 1, 2025; signed by Governor on May 27, 2025
