Health insurers must provide each covered individual an annual report showing the total amount actually spent on prescription drugs on their behalf, net of rebates and discounts, within 6 months after the plan year ends

All 340B program participants must notify patients annually by March 1 if their prescriptions were purchased through the 340B program; effective date July 1, 2025, with first hospital reports due July 1, 2026
