Expands Vermont law to allow schools to stock and administer intranasal epinephrine delivery systems in addition to auto-injectors for emergency treatment of life-threatening allergic reactions

Broadens the definition of "epinephrine auto-injector" to include any FDA-approved single-use epinephrine delivery system containing a premeasured dose

Authorizes school nurses and trained designated personnel to administer epinephrine to any student or individual experiencing anaphylaxis, regardless of whether that person has a prescription

Provides civil and criminal immunity to designated personnel, schools, school nurses, and prescribing health care professionals unless intentional misconduct occurs
