Creates a temporary Firearm Surrender Order Compliance Working Group to develop a uniform statewide process for ensuring compliance with court orders requiring surrender of firearms

Working Group includes 19 members representing law enforcement, judiciary, prosecutors, defense attorneys, domestic violence advocates, mental health officials, federal firearms licensees, and ATF

Requires the group to define a compliance model for both Family and Criminal Divisions of Superior Courts, identify necessary legislative changes, and assess resource needs for the Judiciary, law enforcement, and Department of Corrections

Attorney General serves as Chair and provides administrative support; first meeting must occur by June 1, 2025, with recommendations due to legislative committees by November 15, 2025

Working Group ceases to exist on January 15, 2026; non-state employee members receive compensation for up to six meetings per year
