Removes "supervisory" from the list of excluded employee categories under the Judiciary Employees Labor Relations Act, allowing Judiciary supervisors to organize and bargain collectively

Amends the definition of "Employee" in 3 V.S.A. § 1011 to include supervisory positions that were previously excluded from collective bargaining rights

Maintains existing exclusions for judges, justices, magistrates, hearing officers, the Court Administrator, managerial employees, confidential employees, law clerks, attorneys, and temporary/contractual workers
