Limits co-payments and coinsurance for physical therapy to no more than what would apply for services from a primary care provider for the same or similar condition

Increases Medicaid reimbursement rates for physical therapy services by 10 percent over two years

Applies to services provided by both physical therapists and physical therapist assistants
