Creates the Vermont Olympics Task Force to prepare and present a proposal to the International Olympic Committee and U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee about Vermont hosting the Summer Olympics, Winter Olympics, or Youth Olympic Games

Task Force membership includes one House member, one Senator, Vermont's U.S. Representative, State Treasurer, a Regional Planning Commission representative, a tourism small business owner, and a former Olympic athlete

Proposal must address housing needs, transportation infrastructure, food security, environmental protection, equity and inclusion, and present Vermont as a global model for sustainable development

Task Force must submit progress reports by December 31, 2025 and March 31, 2026, with a final written report due December 31, 2026

Members receive per diem compensation and expense reimbursement for up to 20 meetings; effective date is July 1, 2025
