Establishes the Vermont Commission on Aging within the Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living to advance public policy, education, and cross-sector collaboration for aging Vermonters

Commission membership includes 20 members: 2 legislators, 8 state agency commissioners/officials, 5 public members providing direct services to aging adults, and 5 members who identify as aging Vermonters from diverse backgrounds serving three-year staggered terms

Creates a Director of Aging position (four-year term, appointed by Governor from three candidates recommended by the Commission, subject to Senate confirmation) and an Associate Director to support Commission operations

Requires annual reports to the General Assembly and Governor by December 1 on findings, recommendations for improving services, and data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, geographic location, and disability status

Appropriates $155,000 in fiscal year 2026 for hiring the Director and Associate Director, with terms beginning January 1, 2026, and an effective date of July 1, 2025
