Decriminalizes possession, cultivation, and noncommercial personal use of psilocybin-containing mushrooms for adults 21 years of age and older

Establishes the Psilocybin Therapeutic Consultation Program to develop education, training, and consultation models for safe psilocybin use overseen by health providers

Eligible providers include licensed mental health professionals, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other qualified healthcare practitioners who complete certified training on psilocybin use, safety protocols, and integration practices

Licensed providers may offer initial health evaluations, guided psilocybin sessions in controlled environments protected by state law, and post-session integration support
