Approves amendments to the Town of Essex charter that were approved by voters on March 4, 2025

Establishes that a Selectboard member's office becomes vacant if the member moves out of Town or fails to attend at least 50 percent of Selectboard meetings in any calendar year

Defines Town Moderator duties and creates procedures for electing a Moderator Pro Tempore when the Moderator is absent

Transfers Cemetery Commission appointments from the Town Manager to the Selectboard, and removes Grand Juror, fire wardens, fence viewers, and Inspector of Lumber and Shingles from the list of required Selectboard-appointed officers

Requires the Selectboard to employ a public accountant to examine Town financial statements, with the Annual Auditor's Report made available 30 days before annual meeting and the Annual Town Report available 10 days before
