Pretrial supervision officers would gain authority to file motions with the Criminal Division to review a defendant's pretrial supervision conditions when the defendant violates court-imposed conditions

Amends Vermont's Pretrial Supervision Program (13 V.S.A. § 7555) to expand enforcement mechanisms beyond prosecutors and defendants initiating compliance reviews

Officers must notify prosecutors and make reasonable efforts to notify defendants of any violations of court-imposed Program conditions

Officers may notify parties of violations of Department-imposed administrative conditions, but this notification is discretionary rather than mandatory
