Requires manufacturers to test representative samples of each production aggregate of final baby food products for toxic heavy metals at least monthly using ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratories

Mandates manufacturers publish test results on their websites for the duration of product shelf life plus one month, including heavy metal levels, product identification information, and links to FDA health guidance

Requires baby food products to display a QR code label directing consumers to test results and FDA information about health effects of toxic heavy metals in children

Violations are enforceable under Vermont's Consumer Protection Act, with the Attorney General authorized to investigate and bring civil actions, and private parties granted rights and remedies under that act
