Repeals the Department of Corrections' authority to collect up to $30.00 per month in supervisory fees from individuals on probation, furlough, pre-approved furlough, supervised community sentence, or parole

Requires the Department to forgive all outstanding supervisory fees and eliminate references to them in records and the web-based payment portal

Prohibits the Department from using wage garnishment, tax setoff debt collection, or collection agencies to collect any supervisory fees

Failure to pay a supervisory fee can no longer constitute a violation of probation, parole, furlough, or any other sentence

Takes effect July 1, 2027
