Fourth-class licensees may serve increased amounts at tasting rooms and retail shops: up to 16 ounces total of malt beverages or hard cider, 12 ounces total of vinous beverages or ready-to-drink spirits beverages, and 2 ounces total of spirits or fortified wine (quarter-ounce pours).

Farmer's market limits remain lower: 8 ounces total of malt, vinous, or ready-to-drink spirits beverages, and 1 ounce total of spirits or fortified wine.

Licensed manufacturers of malt or vinous beverages may operate up to two first-class licensed establishments at or contiguous to their manufacturing facility, provided they own or have direct control over both.

The Board of Liquor and Lottery may grant first-class or third-class licenses to manufacturers or rectifiers for on-site public sales at their licensed facilities.
