Prohibits any person from adding fluoride (fluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate, or sodium fluoride) to drinking water provided by a public water system

Bars municipalities from enacting ordinances that require or permit fluoride introduction into public water systems they administer, maintain, or operate

Prohibits schools (public and approved independent) from providing fluoride to students as supplements in any form, including tablets, liquids, or rinses

Prohibits school nurses and any school employees or volunteers from providing fluoride to students as medicine

Takes effect immediately upon passage
