Repeals class size minimum standards and related compliance requirements for both public and approved independent schools that were established in 2025 Acts and Resolves No. 73

Removes the provision allowing receiving schools to charge sending districts additional fees for high school students under 16 V.S.A. § 823

Adds a secondary student weight of 0.125 for pupils in grades 9-12 to the education funding formula, along with new special education weights based on disability categories (Category A: 0.79, Category B: 1.89, Category C: 2.49)

Repeals amendments to Vermont's property tax classification system added in 2025 Acts and Resolves No. 73, including sections on tax rate multipliers and data collection requirements

Reverts unused funds from the School District Voting Ward Working Group appropriation to the General Fund upon passage of this act
