Appropriates $10,000 from the General Fund in fiscal year 2027 for the Working Group's expenses, with a report due to legislative education committees by December 1, 2026

Addresses concerns that the early college program negatively impacts high school enrollment and budgets, particularly for schools near participating college campuses, and creates inequitable access for lower-income students due to fees and transportation costs
