Expands Vermont's officer impersonation law to explicitly cover federal law enforcement officers in addition to state, county, and town officers

Clarifies that the impersonation crime applies when an actual law enforcement officer impersonates an officer from a different agency

First offense: up to 6 months imprisonment and/or up to $500 fine; second and subsequent offenses: up to 2 years imprisonment and/or up to $1,000 fine

Authorizes law enforcement officers to request identification from any person, including officers from other agencies, when they have probable cause to believe impersonation is occurring

Takes effect immediately upon passage
