Expands the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council membership to include the Attorney General, State Treasurer, Secretary of Human Services, and representatives from education, health care, and social work fields, with new members appointed by September 1, 2026

Extends the Council's repeal date from June 30, 2027 to June 30, 2030

Requires the Council to study AI's impact on health care, human services, education, public participation, and public finance, and submit a report to the General Assembly by January 15, 2027

Mandates that businesses using generative AI to interact with consumers must disclose AI use when asked; providers of regulated occupations (licensed professionals) must prominently disclose high-risk AI interactions involving sensitive personal information or personalized advice

Classifies violations of the AI disclosure requirements as unfair and deceptive trade practices, enforceable by the Attorney General, and prohibits businesses from using AI as an affirmative defense against consumer protection violations
