Increases the number of fourth-class license locations where a licensed alcoholic beverage manufacturer or rectifier may sell products from other manufacturers from 1 to 10 locations

Allows manufacturers or rectifiers to sell products from up to 5 additional manufacturers at these locations, with beverages purchased on invoice from the originating manufacturer

Removes the cap limiting manufacturers to selling their products to only 5 other manufacturers, now permitting sales to any Vermont manufacturer or rectifier

Reduces the application deadline for retail alcoholic beverage tasting permits from 5 days to 1 day before the proposed tasting event
