Department of Corrections barred from assisting federal immigration authorities, entering cooperative arrangements with them, or accepting funds from federal immigration authorities

Existing agreements violating these provisions must be terminated within 30 days of the act's effective date

Law enforcement officers may continue performing duties in accordance with state law; public agencies may still comply with 8 U.S.C. §§ 1373 and 1644 and share aggregated non-identifying information
